What is VPM?

VPM means Virtual Protection Mode, the connection protection mode in the Soyka app. It encrypts network traffic sent through it and applies the rules you configure for apps and websites.

Why does Soyka use several server nodes?

Network routes can differ in latency and current load. Soyka therefore uses distributed server infrastructure. The available nodes and their parameters are shown in the dashboard before connection. The service rules are the same for every node.

What is included in a subscription?

The base subscription includes two devices, apps for supported platforms, a dashboard, and technical support. An additional device costs 99 ₽ per month.

Can I try Soyka first?

Yes. A three-day period is available to get to know the service.

Which platforms are supported?

Apps are available for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. Happ is used on iPhone; the current download status is shown in the apps section.

Does Soyka keep browsing history?

Soyka does not store the content of user connections or browsing history. Limited technical data may be processed for the account, security, diagnostics, payments, and support. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.

Are there usage limits?

Soyka is intended for lawful connection protection and network traffic management. The complete rules and restrictions are available in the User Agreement.
