1. Provider and acceptance
Access to Soyka is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Filippov Fedor Gennadievich, taxpayer identification number 780264484770, hereinafter referred to as the Provider, Operator, or Soyka.
Soyka is a safe-internet application for encrypted traffic, route control, split tunneling, ready-made access configurations, account management, subscriptions, and technical support.
Soyka provides secure internet access and managed routing as a digital service.
Creating an account, installing or using the application, starting a trial, paying for a subscription, or continuing to use the service means full and unconditional acceptance of this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Provider gives the user access to software, routes, configurations, security features, an account, subscriptions, downloads for supported platforms, and technical support channels.
The service is provided as digital access “as is” and “as available”. Availability, speed, route quality, and individual features may depend on the user’s device, operating system, network, region, third-party services, payment systems, app stores, provider restrictions, and other circumstances outside the Provider’s control.
The Provider may change functionality, interface, configuration sets, technical limits, payment methods, access rules, and other service parameters without the user’s prior consent.
3. Account, price, and payment
The current price, included devices, extra-device price, payment methods, trial period, and other commercial terms are shown on the website, in the app, or in the payment flow before payment.
The Provider may change prices, tariffs, subscription composition, trial periods, bonuses, discounts, and future payment terms at any time. Changes apply to new purchases, renewals, and future access periods unless the Provider expressly states otherwise or mandatory law requires otherwise.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of account data, including email address, login identifiers, and information submitted to payment providers. The payment obligation is fulfilled after the Provider or payment provider actually receives payment confirmation.
4. Use rules and blocking
The user must not use Soyka for spam, scanning, attacks, malware distribution, copyright infringement, fraud, unlawful access, access to prohibited resources, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
The user must not resell access, transfer the account or access keys to third parties outside the permitted device model, overload infrastructure, violate technical restrictions, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that creates risks for the Provider, users, or third parties.
The Provider may, at its discretion, restrict, suspend, or block an account, service access, trial period, subscription, individual features, or payment methods without explaining reasons, prior notice, or compensation unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. User data
Data submitted by the user, including email address, account identifiers, technical data, subscription and payment information, and support requests, may be used by the Provider for its own lawful operational, commercial, analytical, marketing, anti-fraud, and service purposes, as well as to protect the Provider’s rights and legitimate interests.
The processing, storage, transfer, and protection of personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, the user agrees to data processing under the Privacy Policy.
6. Discontinuation, unavailability, and refunds
The user may stop using the service at any time; however, stopping use, the service not working for a particular user, device incompatibility, network, region, user settings, or third-party restrictions are not grounds for a refund.
Unless the Provider expressly states otherwise or mandatory law requires otherwise, refunds are not provided for digital access, an activated subscription, a trial period, an extra device, or any other paid access period.
The Provider is not responsible for a particular user’s inability to use the service, connection interruptions, blocks, provider restrictions, failures of third-party services, payment systems, app stores, operating systems, or user equipment.
7. Liability and warranties
The service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, permanent, or equally available operation for all users and regions. The Provider does not guarantee a particular result, speed, route, availability of third-party resources, or compatibility with all devices.
The user is solely responsible for the legality of their actions, usage scenarios, security of credentials, device settings, compliance with the laws of their country, and rules of third-party services.
The Provider may update this agreement when the product, law, tariffs, security, infrastructure, or operations change. The current version is published on this page and applies from the date shown above.
8. Support and legally significant requests
For technical support, the user may contact support@soykacloud.tech or use the support channel shown on the landing page.
Legally significant requests, including requests from competent public authorities, right holders, and other persons, are accepted at support@soykacloud.tech. Data is provided only where there is a lawful and properly issued request.
