Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Soyka processes, why it is needed, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and how users may submit requests.

1. Operator and scope

The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Filippov Fedor Gennadievich, taxpayer identification number 780264484770. This Policy applies to Soyka, the website, accounts, subscriptions, downloads, support channels, and related service flows.

Soyka is a safe-internet application for encrypted traffic, precise routing, split tunneling, ready-made access configurations, and account management.

This Policy uses the name Soyka for the application and the related service flows.

2. Data we process

The Operator may process email address, account identifiers, authentication data, subscription status, payment links and statuses from payment providers, support requests, device and session technical data, IP address, security events, cookies, and anonymized analytics where such technologies are enabled.

The Operator does not request special categories of personal data, such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, biometric data, intimate life data, or similar data.

Soyka does not store the contents of user traffic or browsing history. Limited technical data may be processed for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, subscriptions, payments, support, and protection of the Operator’s legitimate interests.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to create and protect accounts, authenticate users, provide app features, subscriptions and trials, process payments through third-party providers, provide technical support, prevent abuse, perform the agreement, contact users, and comply with legal requirements.

Data submitted by the user may also be used for the Operator’s own lawful operational, commercial, analytical, marketing, anti-fraud, and service purposes, including product improvement, security, administration, communications, and protection of the Operator’s rights.

Legal bases may include user consent, performance of an agreement with the user, the Operator’s legitimate interests in protecting the service and developing the product, and obligations provided by applicable law.

4. Storage and infrastructure

Email addresses of users of the Russian version are stored on certified VK Cloud servers. This is necessary for account operation, user communication, access recovery, subscriptions, support, security, and legal obligations.

Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the processing purposes, account or subscription duration, and periods required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, protection of the Operator’s rights, and legal compliance.

Payment systems, app stores, hosting providers, communication tools, analytics tools, and support tools may independently process data under their own user agreements and privacy policies.

5. Data sharing

The Operator may share data with providers that help deliver the service: hosting providers, payment providers, app stores, communication, analytics, support, security, and anti-fraud tools.

Data may be transferred to public authorities, courts, law enforcement agencies, right holders, or other persons where there is a lawful basis, a properly issued request, an obligation of the Operator, or a need to protect the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests.

Legally significant data disclosure requests are accepted at support@soykacloud.tech. The Operator reviews such requests and provides data only to the extent necessary and permitted by applicable law.

6. User rights

The user may request information about personal data processing, correction, blocking, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and termination of processing in cases provided by law.

7. Security measures

The Operator applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, and other unlawful actions.

Access to personal data is limited to persons and providers who need it to operate, protect, support, develop, or improve Soyka and who are bound by confidentiality or comparable obligations.

8. Policy changes

This Policy may be updated when the product, law, infrastructure, security, tariffs, or processing procedures change. The current version is published on this page and applies from the date shown above.
