1. Parties and acceptance
This Recurring Payments Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Individual Entrepreneur Filippov Fedor Gennadievich, taxpayer identification number 780264484770 (the “Provider”), and an adult individual who purchases a Soyka subscription on the website or in the personal account (the “User”).
This Agreement supplements the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. By selecting consent to recurring payments and confirming payment on the payment provider’s page, the User accepts this Agreement in full.
2. Recurring payment
A recurring payment is an automatic debit from the User’s bank card to renew the selected subscription after the already paid access period ends.
The first payment amount, paid-period length, amount and frequency of later debits, and whether auto-renewal is enabled are displayed in the payment flow before payment is confirmed. All payments are made in Russian rubles.
3. Activating auto-renewal
To purchase a subscription, the User provides a valid email address and selects a plan. The Provider may create an account to provide paid access and send first-login and connection-configuration instructions to that email address.
After the order is confirmed, the User is redirected to the payment provider’s secure page, enters card details independently, and confirms payment. Auto-renewal is activated after successful payment and confirmation from the payment provider.
4. Charging process
The Provider may submit a payment request for the renewal amount of the selected plan on or shortly before the end of the paid period, within the limits permitted by the payment provider’s rules and applicable law.
If the card cannot be used, has insufficient funds, or the bank declines the payment, access may not renew. The Provider or payment provider may retry the payment request within a reasonable time for a renewal already accepted by the User.
A change in renewal price or frequency does not change an already paid period. New terms are displayed before payment confirmation or communicated to the User and apply only as permitted by applicable law.
5. Cancelling auto-renewal
The User may disable auto-renewal at any time in the subscription settings of the personal account. Disabling it stops future automatic debits and does not end an already paid access period.
If auto-renewal cannot be disabled in the personal account for technical reasons, the User may contact support@soykacloud.tech from the email address used for the purchase. The Provider will process the request within the period required by applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.
6. Card and payment data
The User confirms that they are the lawful cardholder or are authorised to use the card. The Provider does not receive or store full card details; these are processed by the payment provider under its own rules and data-processing policy.
The User must promptly disable auto-renewal in the personal account or notify the Provider if the card is lost, replaced, or used without authorisation.
7. Refunds and liability
Refunds and the provision of digital access are governed by the User Agreement and mandatory applicable law. Disabling auto-renewal is not a refund for an already paid and provided access period.
The Provider is not responsible for a bank decline, payment-provider outage, card restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the Provider’s control. The Provider will use reasonable efforts to verify payment status and provide access after confirmation.
8. Changes and contacts
The Provider may update this Agreement when the product, payment method, payment-provider requirements, or law changes. The current version is published on this page with its update date.
For questions about auto-renewal, payments, or refunds, contact support@soykacloud.tech. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through discussion; claims are handled in the manner and within the periods required by applicable law.
